Overview

Our refund and returns policy requires items to be returned to us within 30 days of the date shipped. This means the products must be in our possession before the 30th day of the day your product shipped. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange in most cases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be  in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with original inserts, etc.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include but are not limited to the following:

  • Software
  • Special order hardware

 

Refunds

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes you to receive the funds is dependent on your agreement with your bank.

Exchanges

We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item  back to us at: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please ship it to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs in most cases. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Only use a service like UPS or FedEx, or another shipping service that provides tracking information and offers insurance.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
